We have been successful attracting, permitting and constructing over $10 billion in investment over the last 10 years. Currently, we have over $10 billion in projects being permitted and another $10 billion for development. With that being said, we expect to see consistent construction over the next 10 years, increasing our employment by over 20,000 jobs. All of this is happening very quickly.
